Definitions

Licensed Software” means those computer programs and related data licensed pursuant to this Agreement, the name(s) of which are listed on the Order Document(s), which, when used on a Computer, generate the Typefaces. Licensed Software includes, but is not limited to, all bitmap representations of the Typeface designs.

Licensee” is the individual, company, or legal entity purchasing this License (hereinafter"Licensed Entity" or "you").

Licensee Parties” means Licensee, its agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, advisors, successors, and assigns and any of their affiliates.

Licensor” means Robu Design SRL, having an office at Al. Serbanescu 53, Bucharest, Romania.

Designer/Designers” is the Individual, Individuals or Company supplying Robu Design SRL with the Font software.

"Webfonts" are typeface font software that has been created, optimized, translated or otherwise modified for use by means of transmitting via the Internet for use in the viewing of text on a website. Such uses may be implemented by means of the CSS @font-face rule only.

Web Server” means a Computer used to serve web pages.

"Logotype" also called a logo, a trademark, a symbol, a company emblem or any typographic lock-up (or composition) that can be used extensively as a trade-mark for a company, a product or a campaign.

"Vector Graphics" are digital images comprised of paths, which are defined by a start and end point, along with other points, curves, and angles along the way. A path can be a line, a square, a triangle, or a curvy shape. These paths can be used to create simple drawings or complex diagrams. Because vector-based images are not made up of a specific number of dots, they can be scaled to a larger size and not lose any image quality, unlike raster graphics (jpeg, png, gif) which will look "pixelated". The edges of each vector object stay smooth and clean at any size. This makes vector graphics ideal for logos, which can be small enough to appear on a business card, but can also be scaled to fill a billboard. Common types of vector graphics include Adobe Illustrator (.ai and .EPS) files.

"pcs" is short for "pieces" and is referring to the number of copies allowed to print using the Vector Graphics.

A “Device” is defined as a computer, printer, 3d printer, vinyl cutter or any other machine that uses the Font Software. In our case, it’s referring to the installation of the Font Software, to use it at a single geographic location. The devices need to be owned by the same entity or individual licensing the Font Software.
